Level 1 Coaching Courses

The next Surrey Level 1 coaching course is as follows:

Venue: Kingston Grammar School, 70 London Road, Kingston, Surrey KT2 6PY

Start date: 15.02.2012 | Duration: 3 Days - 15th 16th & 17th Feb 2012 - 9-5pm, 9-5pm & 10-3pm

To register your place on the London based course simply download an application as below and return to South Office with a cheque for £160.00 to secure your place. All cheques made payable to Middlesex Hockey Assocation. Postal address and e-mail details as given above.

Should you be aged between 16 to 18 years old your parent/guardian will need to complete the Parental Consent form and return a signed copy with your application form. Form also found below.

You will also need to complete the online safeguarding children course on the EHB website prior to attending the course. This is an extra £9.18.
